Michael Mitchell, Founder & CEO
Michael Mitchell founded Increase Capital, LLC in 2005 and over the past decade has helped many people become first-time homebuyers. Our clients are able to obtain a property they can be proud of while keeping the payment within their means-many times we are able to setup a payment, which is less than the buyer had been paying in rent. In addition to offering seller carryback financing, he purchases existing mortgage notes on properties ranging from raw land to commercial real estate. Michael has an extensive background in purchasing cash-flows and is able to make an offer and close quickly for those who are ready to sell a mortgage note. He also enjoys working with investors to create a safe and passive investment with the opportunities in his note business.
Abrham Posadas, Chief Financial Analyst
Abrham Posadas is a senior at Texas Tech University pursuing a degree in Personal Financial Planning. Abrham is the Chief Financial Analyst here at Increase Capital, LLC, performing detailed reviews of note purchases. He determines a fair market value for each transaction and evaluates investments under consideration. Abrham has completed relevant coursework in statistics, personal finance, and calculus.
Riley Hendricks, Operations Manager
Riley Hendricks is a junior at Texas Tech University pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in American Sign Language. Riley serves as the Operations Manager of Increase Capital, LLC, handling day-to-day mortgage note servicing and assists in acquisitions of mortgages and other cash flows. He is also in charge of the accounting process, recording of mortgage assignments and the collections. Riley has completed relevant coursework that includes statistics and economics. He also has experience in business and accounting programs such as Excel, Notesmith and T-Value.
